It offers a way for you to help you make your own decisions without anyone telling you what to do, a chance for you to learn about yourself, which can, in turn, help you move on in your life.
Counselling is for all types of people, from all walks of life, regardless of age, sex, social class, sexual orientation, ethnic group or disability.

The initial appointment is free of charge to you and is an opportunity for you to have questions answered and expectations explored, allowing us both to decide if we feel comfortable to work together and to discover if the therapy I offer is best suited to your needs.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and are usually, although not always, on a weekly basis.
