As well as running my private practice I also work as a trainer of counsellors.
 
I have six years experience of counselling in various settings. As well as my private counselling practice, I have worked for a voluntary sector organisation and in a primary school counselling children.
 
I have also facilitated many groups for women affected by anxiety, stress and self-esteem issues and worked with groups of people with learning disabilities and long-term mental health problems in NHS settings. Over many years I have also worked with lots of groups of young people in a voluntary setting.
 
I am passionate about empowering people to find their own ways forward and inner resources.
