Welcome to my website.  As a counsellor I work with adults and young people in Hornchurch, Essex, 5 minutes from J29 on the M25.

 

I hold a firm belief that every person is individual, and has the potential to fully realise their unique qualities. My intention is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for us to explore the issues affecting you. I aim to support and empower you in discovering your inner resources and in finding the best way forward for you.

 

I work in a professional, friendly environment, offering both long and short term counselling. I have experience of working with people from all walks of life.
